This worked relatively well during the trial, but once I actually paid for a month of service it was worthless. Constantly disconnected if it would even connect in the first place. Garbage...

Everything seemed to work as advertised. Good to know I am now secure on public wifi and 3G. Reconfigured the VPN to manual and back to on-demand without issues. Seems fast, or at least it doesnt slow anything down.

Purchased while in another country, downloaded, purchased week pass but did not allow any programs to work. Contacted customer service and no response! Dont bother!

I like the speed of the VPN however it doesnt their FAQ is lacking severely. The VPN disconnects without warning. You have to be looking all the time at the VPN symbol to the upper right however if it disconnects then the symbol just goes away.
